How long does it take to get my order?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping then takes about 5–10 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email once your order ships.
How much is shipping?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.
Where do you ship?
We ship across the United States. If we ship to your country internationally, any customs duties or import fees are the recipient's responsibility.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking link by email when your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days, email us at support@parfymia.com.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. See our full Refund Policy.
How do I start a return?

Is there a restocking fee?
No. We do not charge restocking fees.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
My item arrived damaged or wrong — what do I do?
Contact us right away at support@parfymia.com. We'll make it right at no cost to you, including return shipping and a replacement or full refund.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. Orders can be cancelled at no charge before they ship.
